Justine Poem by Charlotte Andreski

Justine

Rating: 4.0

This bite I take
I will regret later
What is my fate, or
Lack there made

I’m only not dead
Cuz you keep me alive
But the things that I do
Don’t help me survive

Acid wears away
At me throat
Shames the pay for
My white perfect smile

The clock ticks away
Spinning the dials
Fate brings me closer
To even more denial

Even when I’m bowled over
Even when I’m not sober
Even when I’m blazed
Even when I’m slap blazed

I deserve it all
I deserve my own falls
I deserve to die
I cover life with lies

You pull me out
You trust without doubt
You love without question
You believe in confession

And I am alive
Once more

Yeah, this could be your first love? I think this feeling is only transient, in other words a puppy love. At least there is sincerity and honesty. I could see the way this piece of work is written. First love will never die, it will just fade away.Or I remember the boy but I don't remember the feeling anymore. This will come in later years yet. Don't worry you'll have him at least for a year or two. Thanks
