'Keep Your Mind Wide Open' Poem by Linda Winchell

You’ve got to keep your mind wide open
Believe in what it is you come to see.
Don’t let anything in life pass you by
See all that you can possibly see to be.

You’ve got to live with all of your emotions
Keeping your eyes and mind… open wide.
Not a blink of your lids
Or it will all just pass you by.

See all the beauty… there is too see
All that God has made for you
Now that’s not too hard if you try
Just make your mind up…do.

It isn’t rocket science you see
Just open up your eyes and heart.
Then you’ll find out in the interim
That was where it all must start.
