Labor And Bosses

So,
glass-makers
are dirty companies allowed in cities
for the jobs,
and the money they donate
to the Labor Party.

Bosses sussed out early,
that, if they paid wages high enough
and donated to the Labor Party,
jobs would be No.1
and pollution minor stuff.

And here's a sensation:
Bosses funded the Party's foundation!
