Lake Rocks And Loneliness Poem by Joe Catotal

Lake Rocks And Loneliness

Rating: 5.0

I feel petrified.
Day by day she and I talk more and I'm scared that if she discovers the real individual she speaks to every night, then I'll be back to phase one: loneliness.
I think that's what fate wants from me though. Just to roam around this city and keep her as a friend.
I hope he realizes that being an introvert has its limits.
One day she and I will talk and I won't be the same anymore.
Fate will smile and allow me to enter the realm of joy.
Until then, I'm stuck here, in my reclusive reality in search of the love that isn't hopeless but romantic.
