leaders leads its followers
followers follow leaders
communication unites a group
situation tests the capacity of a leader
characters outlive it didnt listen
supposedly listen but thay ignored
open-mindness was insulted because of what the leader has done
communication runaway for fear they were eaten by a leader
leader seeks for perfection while followers seek for a leader that will also follow what its members need. This ain a leader acts.
