Lessons Learned Poem by Edwin Gomez

In my life I have come across all sorts.
I've had the one.
I've had my trophies.
I've had my best friend.
I've had the stalkers.
I've been complacent.
I've even been the other guy.
So I guess what I am saying that it seems that in your life you are allowed one perfect match.
So since that came and went what now?
Do I get out the lego set and try again our just be happy being complacent?
I've allowed to many insignificant's in my life.
I've allowed my path to be strayed.
I've accepted things that should have never been.
So here I am once again.
