Let Me Write You A Happy Poem



after ten years
you are inside a bus
going back home
bringing the bacon

your mother hugs you
your father kisses you
surrounded by brothers
you take the pictures

dinner time is joyful
your favorite lasagna
and red wine and
roasted chicken and
jasmine rice

at night you all sit
on the grass
telling more stories
watching the stars
