Let The Plaintiff

Rating: 5.0

Let the plaintiff and
The defendants know
What is going on
In the open courts.
Let them hear and
Understand the talks
Of the judge and advocates.
Let the process of
The courts be in
The language of
The accused and
The complainants.
Let the prosecution and
The proceedings be opened.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
The language of the courts must be the language of the litigants. Trial in foreign language is the root of all evils. Let it go first from the court of justice. Primary importance be given not to the disposal of cases but arriving at the truth and delivering justice to people. Let the court first lawful and obey the laws/acts.
