There are no superhero in the world but only super humans, and I thank God daily for giving us a version of a super human in such close proximity.
There are no words to thank you enough for the love and sacrifices you have made for us.
You have not just taught us what love is but you have lived what love day in day is out, you have shown what self-sacrifice is.
We can look at ourselves as women today and see your beauty not just in our facial features but in your heart and soul as well.
You are the definition of unconditional love and strength.
Today we honour you for the warrior women you are
We honour your heart and the hard work you had to endure with such grace raising three daughters.
You have raised us to be women in the world who are grounded and self-assured because you have modelled both strength and grace with such simplicity.
We honour you today because had it not been for your zest for life and strong willpower never to give up, we would not be the people we are today.
Thank you for teaching us how to pray and staying up in the middle of many nights praying for us.
I see a bit of you in each of us, and to be half the women you are would be the greatest achievement.
You are life
You are beautiful
You are love.
