Liar, Liar Poem by Marcquiese Burrell

Liar, Liar

What you do in the dark will eventually come to light
what you've kept a secret is no longer a secret anymore
what you did was total violation of ones physical right
the evil inside your heart is the evil I have abhorred
Did you really think these lips would remain sealed?
what you said to friends was a lie, all to protect your pride
every word that would come out your mouth was surreal
For all the claims against you, you have denied
you can cry wolf so many times that at one point in time
it will no longer be believable
