Lies Poem by Nichole Herrin

Lies

Lies
They all smile with their pearly white teeth.
Acting like they're your friend.
The second you turn your back,
they roll their eyes and betray you.
Then you turn around and they
act like your friend again.
It's one big cycle that never ends.
They just want to watch you suffer.
Lying is their favorite game.
They will never give it up.
