*** Life, A Road Trip Poem by Marci Made

*** Life, A Road Trip

Rating: 4.6

The journey of life more often than not.
Has too many pot holes along the way
To even attempt to figure out
Where one is going
And what it's all about.
It can leave one weary.
It can leave one confused
In a daze within a maze.
But most of all in the end
It can leave one sad and feeling alone.

Marci, we've all been down these roads at sometime or other. Top marks and thanks for sharing them with us my friend. Hugs David

Life is a journey within ones self. The roads we take are often full of twists and turns, up one hill then down another, and like you say full of potholes along the way.Seldom have I found a straight road, one that is smooth from start to finish, yet if we truly understood our destination in life we wouild 'miss' those potholes in our path.I can apprpeciate your metaphores in this write. Well done dear lady.
