Life and Death; Light and Darkness. Opposites all the same things in constant flux. The Buddhist way of looking at things really comes out in your wonderful poem here. The Buddhist and Taoist view has always had a profound effect on me and the way I look at things. I think mostly it has helped me understand that there are a million different ways to look at things and has thus made me more tolerant of other people and their views and behaviors.
