i run for life, i run to live
push through the pain,
get to the finish
block out everyone, block out everything.

life is just like a run
push through the pain,
get to the finish
block out everyone, block out everything

but mabey it's more,
yes push through the pain,
yes get to the finish,
but let some people in,
let in some emotion.

put something between
the pain and the finish.
make others proud
that they got to see you live it.
