So many heart-broken people,
So many guilt-ridden prayers.
Wishing to rectify their mistakes,
In life's sad state of affairs.
For life is but a long journey,
Along one winding path we tread.
Where we will trip and we will fall,
For our human flaws can't be shed.
Poignant yet true. The nature of human beings. Yet we have our mind and heart to temper these flaws. Beautifully written, Shaun as always.

As humans we have flaws. We commit many mistakes while going through challenges of life. A nice poem indeed. 'For life is but a long journey, Along one winding path we tread. Where we will trip and we will fall, For our human flaws can't be shed.'... is a very nice stanza. Loved it.
