Little Girl Poem by Shaye Chesney

Little Girl

Rating: 4.8

Little girl
Made of glass
Would
Shatter at the
Slightest crack.
Silent and Invisible
Never had a chance
In a world so cold.

When she would scream,
They'd turn away.
Nobody wants to
Face the girl
Of broken dreams.

Frozen in a
Timeless place
Heart of stone
No warmth in her
Face.
Shattered like
a broken vase
crumpled on the floor,
she cries.

Nobody to talk
To her,
She needs a little help
But got nothing
At all.
She's that girl
Of broken dreams.

Unique poem original in its structure so simple and clever of shattered love dreams of any girl anywhere, I think I might reach for my hanky...regards

A nice poem that really touches the heart. The poem speaks of being alone and nobody cares about you. Everyone wants to be loved. Many thanks.
