Moments of the past
Bringing in a smile
Rainy days and coffee on the side
Waking all alone once in a while
Hands to hold on a long ride
Enjoying a book at one go
Laughing at a joke all the more
Watching your child outgrow a toy
Reminiscing he was once a little boy
Planting a seed and watching it grow
Marching along with ants in a row
Lying in the grass watching stars
Enjoying nature's miracles as they are!

Little joys of life bring back the light
In these days of darkness outright
Can we stop a while to smile
At these little joys
