Long Gone! Poem by tushar kohli

Long Gone!

We made up a thing,
Which we used to call love,
And you kept saying,
That it will never end up,
But it was just a,
Just a big fat lie,
And girl I saw the disgust in your eyes.

My heart's gonna explode with pain,
But you must be smiling like insane,
What did I do?
Did I commit a felony?
If my brain blasts with agony,
Will you be there to take the responsibility?

[Chorus]
Baby you're long gone,
And I should move on,
But I just keep resisting the weight,
Of this heart break.
I know you're not coming back,
But I should probably not think that,
But it's too hard to feel,
What's really is real.

Now it has become so hard for me to breath,
Where the hell are you,
In my hour of need,
Baby, I'll be waiting for you at the corner of the street.
Feels like it has been a million years,
Since you've kissed me,
Tell me, what can I do to make you my lady?

Baby you're long gone,
And I should move on,
But I just keep resisting the weight,
Of this heart break.
This is my last call,
Or I shall move on,
And never try to recall the fun we had.

I am not a prostitute,
Who'll pretend to be cute,
And walk away,
The next day,
Even forgetting your little name.

[CHORUS]
Baby you're long gone,
And I should move on,
But I just keep resisting the weight,
Of this heart break,
And you know that I'd be lovesick,
Baby, without you,
I just can't live,
I know a billion people,
Who must have written a song like this.

Baby you're long gone,
And I should move on,
But I just keep resisting the weight,
Of this heart break.
