tell me our love was real
coz it feels that way still
tell new you found happiness
and the promises they said.
oh! please tell me...
tell me I can cry a little more
coz I don't know what else I can do
tell me your way was smooth
and you slipped swiftly to goodness
tell me you still remember me;
that you hurt for a while
when you see me helpless.
though I can't touch and hold you
like I always used to,
you will last a lifetime in memory
coz I loved you so.
