Look Before You Fall
I never looked and got trapped in-between.
Someone should pull me back to the other side.
Wonder who it will turn out to be.
Will it be the right one?
Or just another wrong turn
I never looked and now I’m stuck.
Torn in two
Got lost in the turn
Confused…
Which way is up?
Drowning in pain
Can’t decide
Never thought it possible,
To love two at once
Can’t fight this battle
Staring up at the rain coming down
Spinning in circles
Being sucked into a hole from above
Turning round and round
Getting so cold I can’t think straight.
Past pain relishing in recent departures
Loving one, loving another
Two parts of a whole
Being pulled in two different directions
Heart being split in two
Underestimating…
No time to think.
Leaving…
It’s the right thing.
Hurting…
But needs to be done.
Realizing…
It was the only solution.
Gone…
Can’t hurt anyone anymore.
This is a truly great poem. It's hard to find love expecially in the world we live in today. You don't know what is real and what is a counterfeit. It's never easy having to choose between two people. Either way somebody is getting hurt. That was the best choice you made. There's been many times I've had to leave. I will leave if they fight over me or if it's gonna shread a friendship. In the end it's never really worth sacrificing a friendship over a temporary feeling. When your young you tend to be in 'love' everytime the wind blows. Just be careful and ask yourself if this person going to help me to reach my dreams or hinder me. Great job. Keep writing

I know a girl who should really read this poem cuz she thinks it's really bad to like two people at the same time and she feels bad. I think this would help her realize that she's not bad and she's not the only one. Btw, very expressive. I like it.
