I see a long night,
A night I won't remember.
I want a great night,
A night always to remember.
My head will be crawling through a thick haze,
My mind will cry aloud but I will not weep.
My head can envision clarity, then
My mind would never sleep.
A self-induced deep dark sliver,
Hitting my head against the wall,
Slowly I push myself to wither,
Alone, I push, that's all.
I wish it to be a buzzing between the bird,
Singing the song of ecstasy,
Simultaneously pulling Venus inward,
Together, we pull, graciously.
The night will come.
The night will pass.
The buzzing between the bird will not come at last.
