Lord of the Night
How you shine so bright,
Lord of the dark
Softly glowing across the park
It is amazing to all to see
Moonlight shining on sleeping trees
A walk in the garden, flowers are closed
Scents of Frangipani light up my nose
Lord of the night
Bestow on us your peace and light
Thank you moon for your gentle smile
You make life happy at least for a little while.
Your beautiful poem was obviously inspired, Atasha, by one of your favorite poets! You are a very talented poet in your own right! What exactly does the Scents of Frangipani smell like? Obviously it does light up (your) nose. Your are a beautiful natural poet. Your poem was based upon your personal observation experience!
