Lost Poem by Katie Anon

I've fallen off the path again
I wish it was not so
But in this darkness once again
I just don't know where to go

When I try walk I always fall
So now I don't know what to do
The fear of more pain is paralysing
I dare not try somewhere new

But I know I can not stay
For there is no hope in here
So I will gather all my strength
And fight that crippling fear

I do not wish for peace anymore
Is it an impossibility?
Just a place that is safe
For now that's enough for me
