Lost Then Found Poem by Trenton Alex Campbell

Within the last few years something had gone, missing.
Now being reminded that they were lost makes me long for that time thrown away.
My dreams... Everthing that was me... Lost.
Dont get me wrong I'm still myself but on the inside somehting is missing.
Being unveiled I feel naked to all that want to see.
But it seems very few will ever get to close.
For the first time in a very long time I actually let someone in...
I let someone see my true self.
How it takes the weight off my shoulders knowing that I can share anything and still be happy.
How I've longed for someone to understand me.
I just wanted to thank you.
