Love
I once thought I loved a girl,
Her lips were perfect, like a pearl
Her eyes were hazel and bright,
And I wished that mine, had the same light.
Her hair was chestnut, straight and long!
And I thought, it was worth a song
But alas, no-one agreed with me,
So she ended up, leaving the county.
I have not been writing poems for very long, so I am asking for some constructive criticism
