Love As Pure As Pure Can Be Poem by Garrett Westcott

Love As Pure As Pure Can Be

A mountain is a majestic sight to see
And the queen's crown is the jewel of her kingdom
But their beauty compares not to Thee
The only good and righteous One

Stronger than a yoken ox
Ploughing through the fields so courageously
Not a complaint do we hear from God
Who rules our world so patiently

-Chorus-
Love as pure as pure can be
With this love You set us free
A love that sings to you and me
A song with the purest melody

Blessings unto the source of light
A beacon of hope in the darkest night
And if that light refused to shine
Then love would die throughout all space and time
