Love 'forgotten' Poem by Gabriel Anspach

Love 'forgotten'

Empty words giving false meaning
Why me? Why not someone else?
Your selfish needs taken as priority
Your lies don't go forgotten
They were the memory of times thought better
What is your intent?

Your selfish needs taken as priority
your lies don't go forgotten
They were the memr'ys thought better
You're now a ghost given no heeding

Your name is quite deceiving
Your beauty no longer admired
Your label is stuck without prying
My love dying, not forgotten

Why the lies?
Why the sadness?
The death of a relationship almost fixed through lies
My love dying, not forgotten
