We give ourselves away
‘cus we don’t want to feel the pain
of love gone by

I know I loved you so;
it’s so hard to let you go
when I felt this way

And I know you’re hurting too
but what can I do?
You’re moving on
and so am I

So I’ll paint the sky in blue
I ain’t got nothing else to do
but dream of you

I’ll just wish my life away
sing songs of a better day
far from now
