Love is the greatest gift of all.
We ought to love others as we love ourselves.
Even when we feel otherwise.
We may feel a certain person may not deserve our love
because they’ve hurt us at some point.
When we think about what Jesus did on the cross
we find strength to move forward in love.
Taking this big step is very liberating.
It is used as a launching pad to take us deeper in our walk with God.
When we do so it releases our hearts to forgive.
Jesus said, “Father forgive them for they know not what they do”.
This was truly a selfless act and we have the ability to do the same.
To love enough to forgive others is a gift we give not only
to the offender but also to ourselves.
Love is the greatest gift of all.
