Loyal Love
Sacred ground is not this good earth
but where the heart beats with echoes of loyal love,
The cow cries day and night for her calf has been taken
Over time she forgets
The face of man and women are of a different lot
A loved one never dies in a faithful heart
A dog dies alongside his master refusing to eat or drink
True love is ever growing,
while one's love in death does sleep
