Majidah Al-Roumi



Like mythopoeic nymphs,
Four beauties, when you sing,
Sweet warbler of the heart,
Dance jointly in my soul:

The first is You Yourself,
The second is Your Voice,
The other two are Poetry
And her gentle sister Music.
