Managers Of The World Poem by Vera Sidhwa

Managers Of The World

Managers of the World

My sweet faced innocents,
Managers of the world.
So tiny and fast moving,
Changing this world forever.

We are lucky to have them with us,
So happy, so lucky too.
Managers of this world,
Skip, jump and run.

They're managers of their playground,
But I want them to manage this world,
So confused, so baffled, so ignorant.
But we just talk of grown people.

My sweet faced innocents,
The children of this world.
The happiness of this world
Are the smiling, singing children.
