Memoirs Poem by Angel Free

Memoirs

Rating: 4.0

I am writing down my Memoirs
Just in case one day I forget
All the meaningless, careless words
I never even meant, but said.

I remember how God gave me
Two blessings from His chest
The best I could have wished for
But, regrettably never said.

A mother's heart I've heard them say
Can hold the worlds treasure chest
It will never loose a single dime
As mothers always gives their best

Fathers might be big and tall
Ore even fight in all the worlds' wars
But in between their strong broad shoulders
Lays a precious heart of Gold.

Thru my 30 years I searched and wondered
Of the great things that u have done
My eyes set up to the wide bleu yonder
You've done me great, great in all you've done
