Memories Poem by Katheryn Foley

Memories

I remember going to your house sitting on your porch and sharing a zebra cake.

I remember I loved you but I was the one that had to fake,

manhunt was the best and sleepovers too,

when playing truth or dare you always knew what to do.

walks in the woods and introducing me to my favorite place,

Its been too long you left without a trace.

It was extremely hard but I moved on,

It took sometime to heal what went wrong,

I still remember and will never forget the one I first loved,

even if you didn't feel the same way.
