Memories Of Love Poem by Peter S. Quinn

Memories Of Love

Rating: 5.0

I still remember your sweet face
The way you looked into my eyes,
You gave me all your love and grace
You were my angel in disguise.

Memories of love, memories of you
You're the only one who made me feel alive,
Memories of love, memories of you
You're the reason why I still survive.

We had so many dreams to share
We had so much to explore,
You were always there to care
You were the one I adored.

Memories of love, memories of you
You're the only one who made me feel alive,
Memories of love, memories of you
You're the reason why I still survive.

But then you left me all alone
You said you had to say goodbye,
You took a part of my soul
And left me with a tearful sigh.

Memories of love, memories of you
You're the only one who made me feel alive,
Memories of love, memories of you
You're the reason why I still survive.

I hope you're happy where you are
I hope you're watching over me too,
'Cause I'll always have these memories of love
Memories of love, memories of you.
