Memories Parade Poem by Malgorzata Jankowska

Memories Parade

memories
marching along my limbs

I can hear a patter
of their freezing feet

old thoughts
are whirling
on their rough toes

my skin cracks
under
this weight

only the future
with your name
on its face
has a remedy
