Merman By The Sea
There is a man by the Sea,
who is hidden away from me.
He has a scaly tail
for he is a merman who is pale,
pale and sad for what a life
He could have had,
had he met me by the Sea.
Now I must move on
to another shore,
and forget the part
of this misguided folklore.
