Mid-Autumn Festival Poem by KunJung Hsiao

Mid-Autumn Festival

Rating: 5.0

With a cup of tea,
a leaf of a book,
sip the silence of the night.

With some stars,
some breezes,
feel the leisure of life.

It's mid-Autumn,
the full moon is so bright.
She's so happy,
so clouds shadow her smile.

Fireworks pat darkness and ask the sky:
What busies my life?
What shadow my emotions?
Perhaps desires.

Bite a piece of mooncake with moonlight,
Forget what we chase.
Life is a dream,
Let's enjoy the wonderful moment tonight.
