Midnight's Conflict Poem by KUNAL SETH

Midnight's Conflict

Rating: 5.0

Midnight's conflicts and Day's unions
Clashing of ideas in night's womb
Perpetual nodding giving way to silent storms
Thoughts on both sides ready to invade
In the ripple less aftermath of every day
Looking out looking in
An audience of performers dodging
Hello emptiness it certainly echoes here
An irony nor the night is guilty neither the day is innocent

Wondering and Wandering in this vast expanse
With a one eyed torch
A staring companion curious and free
Laughing at trips and falls
Leaving footprints, leaving sighs
Leaving faces, leaving goodbyes
Sorting the head disentangling the mind
Come Breeze Come Breeze Oh! Unfaithful Shadowless freak
Takeaway more than what you normally can
Takeaway this sticky shadow from me

Day's distant shroud waving over the horizon
The battlefield of nameless land
Waking up to another contest
Till they meet again to compromise
Its midnight versus the broad day light
Its between light bulbs and that blinding light
Between the breeding thoughts and the beleaguered steps
Two face, multiple faces all belong to the same
Love, lies and every disguised truth beneath
Reveal yourself this is your nemesis.
