Do your daily chores yourself; Keep empty your fridge, food-shelf; Enter house by the back-door; Sit for less hours, walk some more.
Walk uphill whenev’r you can; Eat less; work more for health, man; Use the ramp, avoid plain floor; Lazy mind makes life a bore.
Fast-foods, never take at all; Eat lesser starch, consume dhal; Drink more water if you can; Work hard and stay healthy, man.
