Breathing in and out
will not bring it about
inner focus makes it sprout

Free yourself from distractions...
cravings and sensations
put out the flame of interactions

Let yourself become aware
worldly things can be a snare
greed and illusions impair

Stay centered and consistent
aggravation becomes distant
turmoil will be nonexistent

A calmness settles in
when a light from within
erases what has been
