Mine
Mine

Until yesterday
Stars and sun and moon
All were mine
Excepting one
Truth was life
Lies were lies
Till one day truth was seen
Struggling with strife
And I was steadily
Yielding to lies
And it had to be
You were the lie
A mirage seemed to me
Till one winter noon
Frigate carried us
To a land
Where lies were solemnized
And forever you became mine
The captain of my sea
