'Miracle Mountain' Poem by Trade Martin

'Miracle Mountain'

When you climbed Miracle Mountain….,
You heard your spirit cheerin’ and shoutin’…,
Deep within you felt the purpose…,
That you’d accomplished through your service.

America’s people thank you….,
For keeping a hold on their freedom…,
You are the bold and the brave….,
And enlisted for the lives you’d save.

With great appreciation….,
We’re indebted to you and your kind…,
For the courage that you’ve shown…,
You’ve faced the dangerous unknown…,
Without one moment of doubtin’…,
You climbed Miracle Mountain.
