Today I shed a tear,
I let out a sigh,
I smile to the world
But I am hurting inside.

There were times when I doubted
But you set at ease my mind

And now its seems all fine

I think about you everyday
every time it brings out a smile
I can almost see you in front of me

Alone with you in my thoughts
that is my way of having you
together in the breeze blowing trough
And the birds singing so blue.

All will work itself out
I will strengthen myself with patience
I will fortify my soul with your love
I will think of you some more.

I have listened to the birds all morning,
Some of them singing, making strange sounds
They all sound so beautiful
Its because I have you in my mind.

Still I couldn't help it
All said and done
Today I shed a tear
I miss you, all the time.
