Monster Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Monster

Monster

God created a monster
And he ran after
To take life of creator
The God cursed him and confined in the brain of human being

"So long you remain quiet"
You shall be let
To go all over and get praise
Else you shall be chased all the times

So the legend goes on saying
The brain is to be used for praying
Getting to know about his new directive
And put into use for welfare of all who live on earth

The monster then ran into forest
For doing the worst
He had plan to cut all green trees
And pollute the river with all dirty things

But after seeing the disastrous things
The brain, mind and heart tried to bring
Some solution for betterment too
So many tried to improve upon and worked through pious means
