Moon Remains Faithful Peace Blessing Light Poem by Terence George Craddock

Moon Remains Faithful Peace Blessing Light

the one who hates light may still worship the sun
a follower in sly court of power court intrigues
denies the moon as counterfeit light reflecting sun

but as the sun gives light by day so moon does by night
the moon gives blessed light at night when the sun sleeps
the moon from sliver grows to ghost face full moon light

a blessing day passes sun deserts us darkness descends
in no light people fear cower anarchy chaos cruelty rules
but moon night by night waxes illuminates teaches peace

moon remains ever faithful: peace blessing in darkness light
