Mortido I Poem by Jhanessa Aiden

Mortido I

Thorns that make me bleed
Misfortune that makes me grief
My soul soon to rest
It's you I am to blame

I'll cut my wrist and you'll see me pale
my weary eyes you'll see it rain
My soul soon to rest
It's you I am to blame

Down on me your heart will bleed
Your aid won't help me live
My soul soon to rest
To you is my punishment

Handicap yes i am
In you eyes I am weak
Like a lifeless log in your yard
You cut me down very quick

My soul soon to rest
In my own wings i will fly
Pearls that embellish my disguise
Covering my bloody shape you despise

My bruised eyes will flash on
My scream in silence you will hear
You'll see my heart hunt you down
And make you pay for the writhe...
