Mother And Child



He comes to her
from his prison
she allows him
to touch her
she shows him
everything
and more than
he has ever seen
in his lifetime
his mind
has turned into
a cloud of confusion
she makes him
stand on his knees
begging her to forgive
his unkindness
his deafness
his blindness
he has become the child
and she has become the mother!
