Mr. Anger

Smashing and breaking
All he can touch
The king who became evil
Ranting and raving and such

The tortured one knows
To be quiet and still
Scared of the evil
And the mentally ill

Kristina and Kevin
Hide in their cells
Silently listening to
The screaming of hells bells

How will we live
With this madness and such
Sounds of smashing and breaking
All he can touch

Poem of the Day

poet Paul Laurence Dunbar

The mist has left the greening plain,
The dew-drops shine like fairy rain,
The coquette rose awakes again
Her lovely self adorning.
