Muddling Along Poem by Sally Plumb Plumb

Muddling Along

We'll muddle along
together, Sugar,
we"ll muddle along
together....
under a big, blue, cloudless sky,
you and I, regardless
of coming weather.

You with your mass
of silver grey,
me, with my constant
knitting,
we'll travel in mind
to lands of all kind
and never move
from where we're sitting.

Tea for two
and sandwiches
on a relaxing afternoon,
roses in the garden,
and Sugar
in a spoon.
